Protection of Personal Data: December 15, 2009 came into force the regulations issued by the Guarantor of Privacy!

It is expired by one month the deadline to conform to the provision of the Guarantor for the privacy of system administrators, network and database.

Following the regulations issued by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data of 27 November 2008, the private and public companies are required to have a system to Log Management to maintain the access log at least 6 months, in unchangeable and unalterable archives, verifying the activities in the management of personal information by system administrators, network and database.

The measures must be implemented by all private companies and all public bodies, including courts, police, security services.
